SHIPPING:

We offer reasonable flat rate shipping for all orders under 5kg. Any orders over 5kg will be negotiated with the customer prior to shipping and in alignment with reasonable shipping rates.

Standard Shipping: Free standard local shipping is available on orders over $99 USD, £76 GBP, €99 Euro and $149 AUD. Our free shipping offer is limited to shop orders placed within Great Britain, United States and Australia.

International Shipping: Free International Shipping is available on orders over $300 Australian in value in all other regions/countries.

Order Processing takes 1-2 Business Days. Orders do not ship on weekends or Public Holidays.

Final Shipping charges for your order will be identified and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ruby Vixen is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please refer to the relevant Returns Policy for details.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return*

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at admin@rubyvixen.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
